• You will be invited to relax, and to listen to my voice which will encourage you to focus your attention.  After a brief induction I will ask you to begin speaking yourself. In this relaxed state you will find thoughts and experiences come in to your awareness - which would not normally happen if we were having an ordinary conversation. At first these may seem jumbled and insignificant.
  • Voicing these aloud enables you link these experiences, ultimately gaining insight into those factors which are likely to be causing you difficulties or problems. Contrary to popular belief we are not 'searching' for memories - but attempting to make sense of experiences as they are occurring at the time.

At the end of the session you will be fully focussed in the here and now and ready to get back on with your life.
  • We do not have a discussion about what took place as this can 'spoil' the way your mind subsequently processes the information after.
  • It is an experience which most clients do find fascinating!
  • I stress that you are awake and in control during the session.
